Completed this steelhead casting rod for a client up north. Got lucky & was able to aquire one of only 2 G.Loomis 1084-2 (9ft 2pc 6-12lb IMX) blanks out there.

Handle is the Batson Ent. graphite tubing set & I used Alps guides.

Client saw my bass rod I had posted in the classified section of another forum quite some time ago & wanted the same look & wrap for his steelhead rod with addition of his name on the reverse side of the logo weave. I had to wrap 2 weaves at once. One on top the name below. Wasn't as confusing as I thought it might be.

You could call that a stealth rod. You couldn't find it in a black room.

Here is the bass rod the steelhead rod was copied from. Bass rod is gold threaded.
