No we haven't gotten that far yet. Bill demonstrated it to us and a few of us got samples. I tested it repeatedly on different threads and different background colors. To me it is far superior to anything else I have ever tried. It saturates very well therefore no splotching, it dries fast so you can put the finish on sooner, the colors seem to be brighter, and the finish covers well with no problems. Bill has dedicated a portion of the profits to Rods For Soldiers.
I'll let you know when we are ready to start selling it. It will be available through me for the time being but I am mailing samples to all of the major distributors Monday.

We are going to call it "Cason's Crystal Clear". There are new products being developed such as rodbuilders glue in regular cure and 5 minute cure at a more reasonable price and possibly a new finish. I will be sending samples to distributors Monday. Anyone that wants it can order it from me. We are still discussing price and I will post prices as soon as that is settled.
It seems that everyone that has tried the CP really likes it. I think it is great stuff or I wouldn't be involved with it. I am too lazy to work on something I don't like.

Yeah,
I have a bottle from the first testing run of the solvent based CP and all of my test results
have been very positive. I will be posting more results soon.

I've only seen & tested the solvent based formula so I can't answer that Paul.

The only difference I can find is that the waterbased has a slight ammonia smell and it doesn't dry as fast.
